To modify the conditions, problems, and needs of a short-term training curriculum development course was supported by the Integrated Teacher Development Project. Using the TABA Instructional Curriculum Design and SPAR Models through the personnel’ and educators’ resource development for their knowledge, skills, and desirable attributes at Department of Curriculum and Instruction, Faculty of Education, Kamphaeng Phet Rajabhat University in Thailand. The 2.500 teachers’ coupon that registered and attended through the Teacher Development into Professional Teachers in the 21st Century was a short-term curriculum course. The 50-Item Trainee-Development-Assessment on Short-Course-Training (TDAT) Test were assessed and compared. Trainees’ perceptions of their course trainers to their creative thinking skills with the 48-item Questionnaire on Crouse-Trainer-Interaction (QCTI) and the 24-item Guilford-Creative-Thinking-Questionnaire (GCTQ) were associated. The 10-sub-short-term training curriculum development course for assessing 2,500-trainees with the TDAT using t-test analysis; pre-and-post-test-design was differentiated, significantly. The R2 value indicated that 77% of the variances in trainees’ creative thinking skills to their course trainers’ interpersonal behaviours in the short-term curriculum development course was attributable to their perceptions of course trainers’ interpersonal behaviours with the QCTI and GCTQ. Integrated teacher development project or teacher coupons, considered the success of the government according to the national strategy on development and capacity enhancing Thai teachers. The government policy will be continued this project by the Office-of-the-Teachers-and-Educational-Personnel-Commission and the Institute-for-the-Promotion-of-Teaching-Science-and-Technology approved 12 courses in fiscal year 2021-2022. The training and research format will be reflected to be adapted to problem solving. The study has implications for teacher coupon project, educators, educational personnel and administrators, and researchers. Based on the finding, suggestions for improving the classroom learning environment are needed. Teachers should be change and use more effective movements and gestures to demonstrate support for their students as favourable, evidence from this research study.

Finite Element Analysis of a Heavy Truck Frame Based on ANSYS Workbench
SUN Hongyi, [DOI: 10.24214/jecet.B.10.4. 21923.]
As the main bearing component of the whole vehicle, the performance of the frame is directly related to the performance of the whole vehicle. The three-dimensional solid modelling of a heavy truck frame is carried out by using SolidWorks software, and its finite element model is established by ANSYS Workbench software. Then the deformation and stress distribution of the frame under bending, torsion and braking conditions are analyzed, and the strength of the frame is checked at the same time. The results show that the strength and deformation of the frame meet the design requirements, which lays a foundation for further structural optimization.
Window method for digital speech files cryptography
Dr. Hatim Zaini and Prof. Ziad A. Alqadi,[DOI: 10.24214/jecet.B.10.4. 22432.]
Speech signals some time require encryption to secure them from the hacker, in this article research a simple, and easy to implement method of digital speech file cryptography will be introduced. The suggested window method will be implemented to prove that the method satisfies the requirements of cryptography by giving good values of the quality parameters after the encryption and decryption. The introduced method will be compared with DES method to show how the proposed method will increase the efficiency and cryptography throughput.
Contribution of Interesting Facial Parts on Gender Recognition System Performance
Eng. Adeeb Ali Dabash and Dr. Khaled Omer Basulaim,[DOI: 10.24214/jecet.B.10.4. 23341.]
: Recently, the gender recognition system is very important for interaction applications such as consultation questions, legal gender access. There are many research works which used facial information to detect the gender type. One of the most interesting research works is Azzopardi work who used bank of Gabor filters to segment randomly-chosen sub faces. In this research, his proposed model is evaluated on manually-chosen interesting sub-faces such as eye, eyebrow, nose, mouth and mixture of all sub-faces. The observed results showed enhancement in classification accuracy that achieved 95.10% by selecting all the interesting parts of facial image.
