Multi biometrics provides more identification accuracy than single biometrics, because they are more suitable for real time personal identification applications as they need high-standard security. Though various biometrics technologies are available palm print identification has received better attention because of its better performance. Combination of the right and right palm print images obtains better results. Multi biometrics is done by comprehensively combining the right and right palm images. Matching score-level fusion is performed by three kinds of scores which is generated from the right and right palmprint images. Initially the two kinds of scores are generated from the right and right palmprint images and the same one can be obtained by a few palmprint recognition methods, whereas the third kind of score was obtained using a particular algorithm which was proposed in this manuscript. As the planned algorithm carefully takes the nature of the right and right palmprint descriptions into account, it can accurately exploit the similarity of the right and right palmprints of the same matter. The proposed weighted combination method allowed better identification compared with previous palmprint identification methods

The paper discusses the relevance of information and communications technology, (ICT) and the need for Urban and Regional Planning (URP) practices to incorporate its use as a necessary change in the techniques of the profession. This is in the light of the potential improvements that the use of ICT may bring Urban and Regional Planning practices. The paper relied on the literature that existed on the subject of information and usage of computer in general, to sieve out the relevance of the same to the teaching and practice of Urban and Regional Planning. Changes in the traditional prerequisites governing the teaching and learning of Urban and Regional Planning was advocated and ICT which is seen as the main driving force in the development of the information society, should be taken into account in urban and regional planning as an important new aspect in this process. This is believed to be helping planning into a better precision and integrity. Improved curriculum in planning schools to necessarily embrace ICT as well as the inclusion of ICT in the planning processes and plan preparations are some of the major recommendations of the study

High school education has many problems due to lack of development strategy, lack of market needs analysis, adequate ways of monitoring student achievements and its evaluation, lack of innovative teaching methods and inadequate environment in terms of the location of the education system. It is therefore necessary to develop a strategy for the introduction of blended learning along with the reform of the classical educational process. The goal of the SWOT analysis is to present a method that will help in the evaluation of the school strategies. The usage of integrated SWOT method and AHP hierarchical structure is modified, because the aim is to determine weighted values of criterion factors using the AHP method SWOT analysis. This method will establish the best alternatives for the introduction of blended learning and its integration in the development strategy of the 21st century school system
